Ah, yes. Youth. That period in one's life of self-discovery, character development and social bonding.

Testosterone and adrenalin are a male's favourite drugs, and thank god they are still legal to produce (naturally in one's body) and consume at will.

...and remember, the biggest gangsters in the land will always be The State. And guess what drugs are being used... So remember, when the state does it to a hapless victim, rest assured the perpetrator(s) of the violence and brutality is high and tripping!
